You’ve decided it’s finally time to update your home.
Or maybe you’d simply like to collaborate with a designer to get inspiration and custom recommendations for your space.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll meet with our principal designer, Sue Kim, for a thorough walk-through of your home. We’ll ask you questions about your design ideas, vision, tastes, and lifestyle.
- Sue and her design team will provide their initial assessment of your home. She’ll go over specifics of what she recommends for your space and why. She’ll answer any questions you have, discuss your budget, and go over your timeline for the project. All of this will take about an hour.
- We’ll get to work on redesigning your home, or you’ll walk away with expert advice and information on how to move forward on your own.
Your first investment towards getting the home of your dreams costs only $220.
Common Questions
Does it matter if I don’t have experience or knowledge with the design process? I don’t want to lose control over the project.
This is your home – of course you care about what’s happening to it. Our process is highly collaborative, and we’ll make sure to walk you through it step-by-step. You’ll give the final stamp of approval every step of the way.
How long will the project take? I’m worried that the project will take too long.
Your time is valuable, and we’re highly conscious of your timeline. You’ll have the option of completing your rooms or your entire home in one go, or breaking the project into several phases. It’s completely up to you.
Is working with a designer expensive?
Working with a designer is an investment. Not only will a beautifully designed home increase its value, but our design team has many years of experience that will prevent you from making costly mistakes on your own. We care about getting you the best value for your dollar while sticking closely to the budget you provide.
We also charge a flat rate fee per room instead of hourly rates. This means less stress for you, as you’ll know exactly how much each room will cost.
